All orders requested for Pickup will be held for 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders not picked up within 30 days of the date of purchase will be cancelled, refunded, and returned to stock with a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase. All will call orders require a 24 hour processing period. All Pickup orders require a valid photo ID to be presented at pickup.
Store Location & Hours
We are located at 38 West Victoria Street in The Santa Barbara Public Market, Space 113. Our store hours are as following: Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am until 11:00 pm.

How to Order
Ordering online from Wine + Beer is easy! We offer two ways to find the products you want:
1. Search using a brand name (e.g. Three Sticks) or the variety (e.g. cabernet).
2. Search using our Advanced Search page.
Each time you click "Add to Cart" on individual item pages, the product will be added to your personal shopping cart. Scroll down and click "Return to Shopping" if you wish to continue searching for other items.
Once you've finished shopping, return to your shopping cart (click "View Cart") and review your order.
Click "Click Here to Checkout". If you do not have an account, you will need to register. Complete the Billing and Shipping Information. Information that is in bold type is required. At the bottom of the screen select the "Create Account and Checkout" button.
Select the ship method for your package. See Shipping Information for details. Click "Proceed to Payment".
In the "Payment Information" screen, add you credit card information. Click "Continue to Checkout". Click "Submit Order".
You will receive an "Order Request Confirmation" by email. Please verify that you receive this email, and if not you may need to review your spam settings. Allow 1-3 business days for order requests to be processed. You can check here to see your order status.
Credit Card & ID verification:
Due to fraudulent attempts to purchase luxury goods from our site, we may require additional verification when using a credit card on particular orders. This may require the credit card holder to email Wine + Beer a picture of both the credit card and ID of the billing party. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our shipping charges vary by destination, type of items being shipping, and total number of items being shipped. This information is normally available before the completion of the checkout process. If the shipping charge quoted is $0.00 or T.B.D., a customer service representative will contact you to discuss shipping options and prices.
Insurance will automatically be added to your order based on the total value of items ordered. You will be charged $1 for every $100 in your shopping cart above the first $100. Wine + Beer will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during extreme weather; this is not covered by insurance.

Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days. After 30 days, returns are accepted at Wine + Beer’s discretion only. Please contact Wine + Beer Customer Service (email@example.com or 805-770-7701) before returning product. Freight charges are non-refundable.
If a package is visibly damaged upon receipt, you may refuse delivery. If you have accepted delivery of your order, please contact Wine + Beer Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org or 805-770-7701) before returning product. We will assist you to make returns and exchanges as stress free as possible. Normally, we will have a shipping company pick up the product, and upon receipt of the return Wine + Beer will ship out a replacement or issue a credit.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates:
Internet orders take approximately 1-3 business days for processing plus shipping/delivery time. If you need same day or expedited service, please call us at 805-770-7701.
If I request One-Day Shipping, will I get my order the next day?
Internet orders take approximately 1-3 business days for processing plus shipping/delivery time. Selecting 2Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. If you require same day or expedited service, please call us at 805-770-7701.
How long does Ground Service take?
Once your order is processed (1-3 business days), orders shipped via ground service to the east coast take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Midwest and Southwest shipments take 3-5 business days, and West coast orders take 2-3 days once shipped.
Extreme Weather Shipping:
Safe delivery of your order is of great importance to Wine + Beer. During periods of extreme heat or cold, Wine + Beer may delay at its discretion shipment of a package to prevent heat damage or freezing. Orders placed between Wednesday and Friday using Ground, 3-Day or 2-Day service may be held until the following Monday to prevent your package from waiting in the shipper's warehouse. Please look for emails from us during such periods.
Oversized and Heavy Orders:
Oversized and heavy orders may require additional shipping charges, especially when shipping second- or one-day air. You will not be quoted for shipping at the time of order placement, but we will contact you with a shipping quote once we have calculated the most economical method for your order.
Shipping Internationally or to APO, FPO and PO Boxes:
Currently we do not ship Internationally or to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.

Wine + Beer does not charge tax on orders shipping to destinations outside the state of California. We must charge tax on merchandise and shipping costs on orders to addresses inside California, even if the billing address is in another state.
Please be advised that most states have enacted laws to regulate the shipment into the state of wine and other alcoholic beverages purchased in another state. Some statutes make such shipments a crime unless a permit or license is obtained. Many such laws, however, have various exceptions for wine purchased for personal consumption. Since these laws may affect your purchase from Wine + Beer, we urge you to investigate your state's law on this subject before shipping or arranging to ship any wine purchased in California from Wine + Beer. Buyers, and not Wine + Beer, are the owners and shippers of all wine purchased in California from Wine + Beer.
Accordingly, if buyers wish to arrange delivery of their wines after purchase, they are responsible and bear all risks thereafter, including selecting a carrier and providing delivery instructions. All sales are made in California and payment in full is due to Wine + Beer upon confirmation of orders.
Wine + Beer is unable to assume any responsibility for assuring compliance with applicable laws, obtaining licenses or otherwise advising its valued customers on shipment laws.
All wine is sold in California, and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation relative to your right to import wines into your state or county. The customer, by placing an order, warrants to us that he/she is aware of and in compliance with the laws governing said shipment into his/her area.

Please note that the laws as to whether or not we can ship wine to various states are constantly changing. Our system will accept your order if you place it, (and you will receive an auto-confirmation of your order) but if you are in one of the "Call" states we will need one business day to confirm we can ship it.
